Terms of Use

The short version
2359 helps solo ravers and concert-goers meet people for one night. It is not a dating app. Be decent, be safe, and do not be a creep.
Who can use 2359
You must be 18 or older. You sign in with your email (there is no password — we send a one-time code). You add a real face photo, because a real face keeps the floor safe.
Zero tolerance for abuse
There is no place here for harassment, hate, threats, sexual content, spam, impersonation, or any objectionable content or abusive behaviour. This is a firm rule. If you break it we can remove your content and your account without notice.
- Every profile, signal, and chat message has one-tap block and report — including people in ghost mode, whom you can report and block without ever seeing who they are.
- We operate a moderation queue: reports are reviewed and acted on, and we aim to respond within 24 hours. Acting on a report can mean removing content and banning the account.
- Blocking someone hides their content from you, in every room, and stops them contacting you. They are not told.
By using 2359 you agree that we may remove content and users that break these rules.
Your content and your identity
- You own what you post. You give us permission to show it inside the app to the people it is meant for — for example, people going to or checked in to the same event.
- Signals are temporary and are deleted when they expire or when you end them.
- Your gender and whether you are LGBTQ+ are used only to route which signals reach you (audiences like GIRLS ONLY or LGBTQ+ ONLY). They are never shown on your profile, are stored only with your explicit consent, and you can change or remove them at any time — removing consent erases them.
- In a room, you are anonymous ("ghost") to anyone outside the audience you chose. You decide, per event, whether to show your profile and to whom.
Safety
Choosing crew members to "watch your night" shares your check-in and check-out with people who have agreed to it — it is presence, not rescue. 2359 is a tool, not a guarantee of safety. Use your judgement, look out for each other, and contact local emergency services (112 in the EU) in an emergency.
What you must not do
- Impersonate someone else or use a photo that is not you.
- Collect or share other people's information, or screenshot people in signals or chats.
- Use 2359 for anything illegal, or to sell or promote outside the tools we provide.
Business accounts
Venues, artists, and promoters can claim a profile and pay for clearly labelled promotion. Promotion never appears in signals, chats, or safety features, and businesses only ever see aggregate counts — never who you are.
Ending your use
You can delete your account at any time from inside the app, which removes your personal data. We can suspend or remove accounts that break these terms.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms and will note the date above. Questions: hello@2359.live. Safety: safety@2359.live.
