Terms of Use

Last updated 31 August 2026 · hello@2359.live

The short version

2359 helps solo ravers and concert-goers meet people for one night. It is not a dating app. Be decent, be safe, and do not be a creep.

Who can use 2359

You must be 18 or older. You sign in with your email (there is no password — we send a one-time code). You add a real face photo, because a real face keeps the floor safe.

Zero tolerance for abuse

There is no place here for harassment, hate, threats, sexual content, spam, impersonation, or any objectionable content or abusive behaviour. This is a firm rule. If you break it we can remove your content and your account without notice.

By using 2359 you agree that we may remove content and users that break these rules.

Your content and your identity

Safety

Choosing crew members to "watch your night" shares your check-in and check-out with people who have agreed to it — it is presence, not rescue. 2359 is a tool, not a guarantee of safety. Use your judgement, look out for each other, and contact local emergency services (112 in the EU) in an emergency.

What you must not do

Business accounts

Venues, artists, and promoters can claim a profile and pay for clearly labelled promotion. Promotion never appears in signals, chats, or safety features, and businesses only ever see aggregate counts — never who you are.

Ending your use

You can delete your account at any time from inside the app, which removes your personal data. We can suspend or remove accounts that break these terms.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will note the date above. Questions: hello@2359.live. Safety: safety@2359.live.
