Child safety standards
Inner Object Labs ehf. · 2359 — meet solo ravers · last updated 12 October 2026
2359 is an app for adults going to nightlife events. It has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM) of any kind.
Adults only
- 2359 is for people aged 18 and over. Every user passes an age gate before they can enter, and the app is rated 18+ in the App Store and Google Play.
- Accounts that appear to belong to someone under 18 are removed as soon as we become aware of them.
What is prohibited
- Any content, message, photo, or behaviour that sexualises, exploits, grooms, or endangers a minor.
- Sharing, requesting, or linking to CSAM, or attempting to contact a minor for any sexual purpose.
Violations lead to immediate, permanent removal of the account and the content.
How to report
- In the app: every profile, signal, and chat message has a one-tap report option. Reports are never shown to the person reported.
- By email: safety@2359.live, from anywhere, with or without an account.
A human reviews every report. Child-safety reports are prioritised above all others.
What we do
- Remove the content and permanently ban the account.
- Preserve the relevant information and report confirmed CSAM to the appropriate authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and local law enforcement, as required by law.
- Cooperate with law-enforcement requests made through proper legal channels.
